Identify Target Sites

Use Google to find websites accepting guest posts. Search for:

Create Tiers

Segment targets:

  • Tier 2: Mid-tier blogs

A Word Of Caution

When sending out these emails you must be aware of Gmail sending limits.  In fact, most email providers throw up a red flag if you send out too many in one day.  I try to stick to 100 or less a day. One, it makes my inbox less cluttered when I start to get responses so I can mark them according to the response.

Once the emails do start to come in have a plan to tag them based on response.  Need to pay, said no, will accept, etc.

It’s important to maintain regular communication with editors to keep them informed about your latest ideas and developments. Be proactive in offering additional content or updates that could enhance your collaboration. Additionally, take the time to engage with readers by responding to their comments, fostering a sense of community and dialogue. Lastly, don’t forget to actively promote your posts on social media platforms to reach a wider audience and encourage further interaction.
