Although this is not a free service, you could certainly do it yourself for free.  Just keep in mind that whatever keyword or phrase you want to be found for is used within the text around 6% of the time.  I tend to use the ranking keyword around 2 times per every 200 words.

Research your keywords: Keyword research is essential for on page optimization. Chances are you are naturally targeting keywords without realizing it simply by providing valuable content on a topic. However, there are a number of tools and techniques for finding related keywords relevant to your industry that you may not have considered.

The Google Adwords Keyword Tool and both offer great tools that allow you to find keywords related to your topic and even spy on your competition to see what words and phrases they are targeting to bring traffic to their site.

Optimize your title tags and meta descriptions:  Optimizing your website for search engines is the process of making your website as search-engine-friendly as possible. This includes optimizing your website title, meta description, header tags, and images. You can also improve your website’s search engine ranking by creating a sitemap.

Creating high-quality content: This is probably the most important of all the factors in SEO strategies. If you want to rank on page one of Google make sure the content is relevant and factual.  Filling a page full of spammy ai generated content is more than likely going to get you penalized.
